Arrival and Turnstiles:
Please note that all visiting supporters must access the ground via the railway bridge from Capital Interchange Way to the East Stand. The visiting turnstiles, F,G and H, are located in the East Stand and will open 90 minutes before kick-off, we recommend you arrive at early as possible to avoid any delays at the search points. West Ham United supporters should expect a robust searching process as part of Brentfords efforts to ensure a safe environment for all supporters.
Food & Drink:
All food counters have been designed at a height to make them fully accessible for fans in wheelchairs and have accessible pay points.
You can take food and soft drinks back to your seats but no alcohol is allowed in the seating bowl.
Cashless:
The stadium is fully cashless which delivers the following benefits: Increased speed of service and shorter queue times.
