Flag Policy:
Burnley operates a strict no flags policy in the visiting supporters’ section. Please do not bring any flags with you, as they will not be permitted inside the stadium. There is also no storage facility available for flags at the stadium.
Bag Policy:
Small bags and backpacks will be allowed inside Turf Moor, however larger luggage is not. If your bag does not meet the mentioned criteria, supporters can leave luggage securely inside the Rapidz Fan Zone, near the Lottery Office. Stewards will search, tag, and issue a receipt for all items. Luggage can be collected after the match by showing your receipt. Burnley FC accepts no responsibility for lost or damaged items.
Safeguarding:
No one aged 14 years and under will be allowed access to the Ground, unless accompanied by a responsible adult who must be over the age of 18.
Reporting:
