Stadium Policies

Flag Policy:

Flags are permitted, as long as they have the fire safety certificate, they're less than 2m x 1m in size and are not offensive.

Bag Policy:

We strongly advise supporters not to bring bags of any type into the stadium.

Only small bags and rucksacks will be permitted into the stadium (small bag guidance: maximum 10L rucksack, with dimensions 34cm by 24cm by 11cm (13.5 by 9.5 by 4.5 inches). If your bag can fit comfortably under a seat with impacting other supporters or blocking access, it will be permitted. All bags will be searched on entry.

Food items are allowed into the stadium as long as they fit in a small bag.

Large bags and suitcases will be not permitted and you will need to use the bag drop service at the Bees Superstore on Lionel Road South (M4 bypass side).

Prams and buggies also cannot be stored at the stadium, only at the bag storage. Motability scooters can be brought into the stadium for fans sitting in wheelchair spaces but there are no other storage facilities available at the stadium.

Safeguarding:

Any children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 and over. Any child attending, regardless of age will require a valid match ticket.

Reporting:

Please report what you see or experience to any of our matchday stewards, or text “BFC followed by your message” to 62277 and our Operations team will be notified. Alternatively, you can email report@brentfordfc.com at any time.

No Smoking:

The Gtech Community Stadium is a NO SMOKING stadium, this includes the use of electronic cigarettes inside the stadium and toilets.
