Stadium Policies

Here are the key policies and guidelines for today’s match at Stamford Bridge to help supporters stay informed and enjoy the game safely. You can find the Chelsea matchday guide by clicking the link and policies at Stamford Bridge below.

Contents

Flag Policy:

There is only a limited amount of space to display banners and flags within the stadium and they must therefore be no larger than 80cm in depth and 250cm in width. Banners and flags must not obstruct the view of others, cover advertising signs or cause a safety hazard. Banners and flags must not display any abusive or threatening words, images, political statements or be deemed unacceptable. Flag poles are not allowed. All banners and flags must carry a Fire Safety Certificate.

Bag Policy:

Please note our entry conditions in relation to bag sizes and a strict limit on the size of bags which can be taken into the stadium. No bags larger than A4 will be permitted. This equates to 30cm x 20cm x 10cm, about the size of a standard handbag.

This improves security and also reduces congestion during your entry to the site and into the stadium. Please note that due to a lack of space, baggage deposit facilities will not be available so you are strongly advised not to bring any bags to Stamford Bridge.

Safeguarding:

Supporters under the age of 16 will not be permitted entry to the ground unless accompanied by a person aged 18 or over.

Reporting:

Chelsea FC takes all forms of discriminatory behaviour very seriously and believes all forms of discriminatory chanting, including antisemitism, homophobic, biphobic and transphobic chanting to be abhorrent behaviour that has no place in football.

The club continues to work very closely with the football authorities and organisations such as Kick It Out to combat discrimination and make the attendance at football matches as enjoyable for everyone as it should be.
If you hear it, report it. During the match text 88777 or 07894937793, with the stand, row, seat number, description of the offender and incident.

No Smoking:

Smoking, including E-Cigarettes & Vapes is not permitted at Stamford Bridge.

No Readmittance:

Supporters are advised we have a strict no re-admittance policy and that entry to the ground is not permitted after the 60th minute of the game.

Lost Property:

If any supporter does unfortunately lose an item on their visit to Stamford Bridge, please contact us on supporterservices@westhamunited.co.uk and we will be able to liaise with Chelsea directly for you.

Ground Regulations:

All tickets are issued subject to Chelsea Football Club’s ground regulations, a copy of which can be found at the turnstiles before entry to the stadium or here.
