Flag Policy:

Where possible, we are happy to try and help the displaying of your flag and / or banner at Villa Park within the away area at Villa Park. Please email a photograph of your flag and / or banner to md24@avfc.co.uk at least three days prior to your visit. We reserve the right to refuse admission to any flag or banner Please get in touch in advance so we can confirm arrangements and avoid disappointing you on the day of the match. 

Any flags or banners larger than those maximum dimensions permitted by the Club from time to time (or, in the absence of such stipulations, 2 metres x 1 metre) and/or of an offensive nature.

Bag Policy:

Villa Park will only permit bags sized A4 and smaller into the stadium then contents will be examined by a steward as you enter Villa Park, please ensure you have your bag open and ready for inspection. Large bags and luggage cannot be taken into the stadium, for any supporters bringing bags larger than A4 in size will need to deposit them in the brand new bag drop facility, located on Witton Lane and Station Road.

  • Visit villa.dropmybag.co.uk or scan the QR code to register your bag(s).
  • Pay bag storage fee online (£5 per bag).
  • Receive confirmation via SMS and email with a QR code.
  • Scan QR code at the Drop My Bag kiosk to drop off/collect your bag(s).

The bag drop opens two hours before kick-off.

Safeguarding:

Any children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 and over. Any child attending, regardless of age will require a valid match ticket.

Reporting:

West Ham United supporters heading to Villa Park today, should you need to report an incident during your visit, text REPORT to 60060, please include as much detail as possible, location, seat details and an overview of the incident. This will go directly to Aston Villa to act on.

No Smoking:

Villa Park is a NO SMOKING stadium, this includes the use of electronic cigarettes inside the stadium and toilets.

No Readmittance:

Villa Park has a no readmittance policy, any supporter that leaves the ground will not be allowed to regain access.
