Ticketing

If tickets are left for collection or you need a duplicate ticket, the Bullens Road ticket office is located next to the away turnstiles and is open three hours before kick-off. 

For ticketing assistance on match day, send a DM to @WestHamHelp with:

  • Your full name
  • Seat details
  • Client Reference Number
  • To collect a duplicate ticket, the ticket must have been purchased by yourself through the Official West Ham Ticketing site.
  • Tickets are non-transferable, so we are unable to assist anyone who has passed their ticket on to benefit any other person.

West Ham supporters are reminded that you will need to bring Photo ID to collect duplicate tickets and these will only be released to the original purchaser by the hosting club.
