Supporter Information

Arrival and Turnstiles:

West Ham United supporters heading to the City Ground on Sunday afternoon, the away section at the stadium is located in the Bridgeford Stand. Turnstiles will open 90 minutes before kick-off, it is recommended that supporters arrival as early as possible to ensure a smooth entry process.

Food & Drink:

There are food and drink outlets serving a variety of hot and cold food and drink options are available in every stand. Alcohol is served in the away end but cannot be taken into the seating areas.

Cashless:

The City Ground is a cashless venue, supporters will need to bring an appropriate payment method with them for this fixture.

No Smoking:

There is a no smoking or vaping policy at the City Ground, this includes inside the concourse as well as the stadium bowl.

No Readmittance:

Molineux operates a no re-entry policy. If you must leave the stadium for any reason, you will not be permitted to re-enter.

Lost Property:

If you unfortunately lose any items at the City Ground, please contact us and we will liaise with Nottingham Forest staff.

Safeguarding:

The minimum age to attend alone is 14. Any person younger than this must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18. Children under the age of 4 will not be allowed to attend matches at the City Ground on health and safety grounds and will be refused entry.
