Arrival and Turnstiles:
Turnstiles open 90 minutes before kick-off and are located on Stevenage Road, West Ham United supporters will be housed in the Putney End heading through Home and Away turnstiles. Please ensure you arrive in plenty of time to avoid any delays getting in.
Food & Drink:
There are a wide range of catering outlets inside the stadium and food & drink is available when the ground opens 90 minutes prior to kick-off.
Each area of the stadium has a number of permanent and mobile catering units.
Hot food items available around the stadium include 6oz cheeseburger, pies, cumberland sausage sandwiches and hot dogs. There are also a number of soft drinks available and snack items such as crisps.
Drinks are on sale in all areas of the stadium, with units selling a range of beers and wine.
Alcoholic drinks must not be consumed within sight of the pitch and cannot be taken into your seat in the stand.
Please note that in the Putney End units will stop serving alcohol 10 minutes prior to Kick-Off and resume again 15 minutes before half-time. In the Riverside Stand, Johnny Haynes Stand and Hammersmith End, drinks are served from when gates open until the end of half-time. The Riverside Stand also remains open for supporters post-match after selected fixtures.
Cashless:
Craven Cottage is a cashless stadium and will only accept card payments, please ensure you bring an appropriate payment method with you.
