Arrival and Turnstiles:
The visiting supporter turnstiles are located on Vicarage Road, West Ham United supporters will use entrances 14-15 and 16-19. These turnstiles open approximately 90 minutes before kick-off, please ensure you allow plenty of time to head over to the stadium to avoid any delays entering the stadium. In order to meet security obligations, we advise that you arrive no later than 45 minutes before kick-off to avoid any potential delays. All supporters will be searched prior to entry into the ground.
Cashless:
Vicarage Road is a completely cashless stadium. They accept all major debit and credit cards and mobile payments, such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Sale of Alcohol:
West Ham United supporters are advised that no alcohol will be available to purchase in the away end at Vicarage Road today.
Please arrive at the stadium in good time and make your way to the turnstiles early to avoid any delays entering the stadium.
