Supporter Information

Arrival and Turnstiles:

West Ham United supporters heading to the Vitality Stadium will enter via Turnstile F, which is located in the Southeast corner of the ground. Away supporters will be in blocks 21-24 and turnstiles will open 90 minutes before kick-off. It is important for West Ham United supporters to arrive at least 45 minutes before kick-off to ensure there are no delays getting through the turnstiles.

Food & Drink:

There are several food and drinks kiosks located around the outer perimeter of Vitality Stadium and these will be open 3 hours before kick-off and stock a full range of hot food and drinks.

Cashless:

The Vitality Stadium is a cashless stadium, please ensure you have an appropriate method of payment with you.

No Smoking:

There is a no smoking or vaping policy at the Vitality Stadium, this includes inside the concourse as well as the stadium bowl.

No Readmittance:

The Vitality Stadium operates a no re-entry policy. If you must leave the stadium for any reason, you will not be permitted to re-enter.

Lost Property:

If you have lost something during your visit to the Vitality Stadium, please use the following link here to complete the lost property form.

Any property found within the stadium after the match/event will be made available within 5 working days.

AFC Bournemouth store found items for a maximum of 3 months. Any cash (on its own or in property) can still be claimed for up to 3 months after loss. After this period, all cash will be donated to the Cherries Community Fund.

Safeguarding:

To ensure consistent safeguarding arrangements across the stadium, any supporter under the age of 16 must be accompanied by and seated with a responsible adult over the age of 18. Tickets purchased for supporters under the age of 16 that are not seated directly with an adult will be subject to immediate cancellation.

Under-16s:

Junior Season Ticket Holders under the age of 16 must produce valid proof of their Season Ticket at the turnstile. If Under-16s are not intending to take their mobile device storing their West Ham United Season Ticket to the match, then an Under-21 ticket should be purchased.
