Arrival and Turnstiles:
West Ham United supporters heading to Turf Moor, Visiting supporters enter via Barnfield Construction Stand and will enter through Turnstile N. Security checks, including bag searches, will be in place to ensure everyone enters safely. Please arrive in good time, as searches may cause slight delays. Turnstiles open 90 minutes before kick-off.
Entry to the Stadium:
Following a series of works around Turf Moor, the arrival routes for supporters have been updated. Home and away entrances have now been swapped. Visiting supporters will arrive via Belvedere Road. All away supporter coaches will drop off and park on Belvedere Road inside the managed road closure. From there, it is a short, direct walk to the Barnfield Construction Stand turnstiles. Please follow steward instructions when arriving and remain within the designated walkways.
Departure will be via the same route on Belvedere Road, with coaches released in a controlled manner after the match.
Matchday Programme:
Matchday programmes are available from programme sellers and in the clarets store for £3.50 these vendors will accept cash.
Food & Drink:
An additional marquee is located to the right of the entry turnstiles, offering food and drink. This area also provides extra toilets and an expanded space to enjoy pre-match and half-time refreshments. Please not, no alcohol is permitted in pitch viewing areas. Depending on the fixture, alcohol sales may be restricted, limited, or suspended.
Cashless:
Turf Moor is a cashless stadium. All Kiosks and retail outlets at Turf Moor are cashless, please ensure you bring an appropriate payment method with you.
