Arrival and Turnstiles:
West Ham United supporters heading to the Molineux, the away turnstiles are located in the Steve Bull Lower, turnstiles will open 90 minutes before kick-off. It is important for West Ham United supporters to arrive as early as possible and have their matchday tickets ready for the ticket check, to avoid any delays entering the stadium.
Food & Drink:
There are several food and drinks kiosks located inside the visiting supporter concourse, and there is a full range of hot food and drinks.
Cashless:
The Molineux is a cashless stadium, please ensure you have an appropriate method of payment with you.
No Smoking:
There is a no smoking or vaping policy at the Molineux, this includes inside the concourse as well as the stadium bowl.
No Readmittance:
The Molineux operates a no re-entry policy. If you must leave the stadium for any reason, you will not be permitted to re-enter.
Lost Property:
If any supporter does unfortunately lose an item on their visit to the Molineux, please contact us on supporterservices@westhamunited.co.uk and we will be able to liaise with Wolverhampton Wanderers directly for you.
Safeguarding:
West Ham United supporters’ heading to Wolverhampton this weekend, any supporter under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
