Arrival and Turnstiles:
West Ham United supporters heading to the Etihad Stadium, the away turnstiles are located in the South Stand, supporters should use the entrance displayed on your ticket, L1, L2 or L3, turnstiles will open 120 minutes before kick-off. It is important for West Ham United supporters to arrive as early as possible to avoid any delays entering the stadium.
Food & Drink:
There are several food and drinks kiosks located inside the visiting supporter concourse, and there is a full range of hot food and drinks.
Cashless:
The Etihad Stadium is a cashless stadium, please ensure you have an appropriate method of payment with you.
No Smoking:
There is a no smoking or vaping policy at the Etihad Stadium, this includes inside the concourse as well as the stadium bowl.
No Readmittance:
The Etihad Stadium operates a no re-entry policy. If you must leave the stadium for any reason, you will not be permitted to re-enter.
Lost Property:
If any supporter does unfortunately lose an item on their visit to the Etihad Stadium, please contact us on supporterservices@westhamunited.co.uk and we will be able to liaise with Manchester City directly for you.
Safeguarding:
West Ham United supporters’ heading to Manchester this weekend, any supporter under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
