Arrival and Turnstiles:
West Ham United supporters heading to the American Express Stadium, the away turnstiles are located in the South Stand, turnstiles 28-31 and these turnstiles will open 120 minutes before kick-off. It is important for West Ham United supporters to arrive as early as possible to avoid any delays entering the stadium.
Food & Drink:
There are several food and drinks kiosks located inside the visiting supporter concourse, and there is a full range of hot food and drinks.
Cashless:
The American Express Stadium is a cashless stadium, please ensure you have an appropriate method of payment with you.
No Smoking:
There is a no smoking or vaping policy at the American Express Stadium, this includes inside the concourse as well as the stadium bowl.
No Readmittance:
The American Express Stadium operates a no re-entry policy. If you must leave the stadium for any reason, you will not be permitted to re-enter.
Lost Property:
If any supporter does unfortunately lose an item on their visit to the American Express Stadium, please contact us on supporterservices@westhamunited.co.uk and we will be able to liaise with Brighton & Hove Albion directly for you.
Safeguarding:
West Ham United supporters’ heading to Brighton this weekend, any supporter under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
