First Time Certificates
Attending your first West Ham United match at London Stadium?
We’d love to help you celebrate!
Once you have entered the stadium through the turnstiles, please head to an information point which are located at blocks 110, 125, 132, 141 and 153 to collect your certificate.
Hammer Collectables
Hammer Collectables are back for 2026/27! You can pick up Nuno Espírito Santo and our Hammer Legend Bobby Moore at today’s match.
You can collect your Hammer Collectables from one of our SLOs at the following locations:
Outside the Stadium: Turnstiles G, H, and J
Inside the Stadium: Blocks 110, 153, 141, and 132
If you missed picking up the latest card, you may still be able to collect the one you missed at our next home fixture, subject to availability.
Junior Hammer Wristbands
For the 2026/27 season, our SLO Team will once again be handing out Junior Hammer Wristbands to families attending matches at London Stadium. The wristbands feature our mascots, Hammerhead and Bubbles, and have space on the reverse for important information such as your client reference number, seat details, and an emergency contact number. This helps us quickly reunite you with your child should they become lost at any time.
