We want to ensure that as many supporters as possible from the eligible groups can take part in the first survey, which is now open and will close at 11:59pm on 13 September 2026.
If you'd prefer not to complete the survey online, you can fill it out on a matchday. At London Stadium you can do this by speaking to one of our Supporter Liaison Officers at the Information Points at block 110, 125, 132, 141 or 153, and at Victoria Road you can do this by speaking to one of the Supporter Liaison Officers at the Supporter Services tent. If you'd like to complete your survey on a matchday, please help our team out by arriving with plenty of time before kick-off.
