The first stage of the process will cover consultation with the FAB. Should they provide positive feedback, wider consultation will take place with the supporter groups listed above before a final vote. The final crest would appear on Club material in time for the start of the 2028/29 season. This extended timeline is required to incorporate any new crest design in all relevant Club materials, including playing and training kits and stadium infrastructure.
