Mascots should arrive two and a half hours prior to kick-off to begin their experience. (i.e. for a 15:00 kick off, mascots should arrive at 12:30). The itinerary will be sent to the Mascots in advance of the match, any changes to the arrival time will be highlighted ahead of the day.
