Medical Exemptions
Supporters who require medical exemptions. Please email accessibility@everton.com. A medical exemption certificate is currently being developed.
Accessibility Ticket Office
This is located in the south stand, with a designated accessibility ticket window
Stadium Bag Policy
Bags are allowed only if:
- They are searched.
- They are no bigger than A4, small enough to be stowed under a stadium seat (e.g. handbag, medical bag, small holdall).
- Prohibited items: Rucksacks, briefcases, suitcases, suit bags, and other larger bags.
Supporters requiring larger bags for medical reasons please contact accessibility@evertonfc.com to request a medical exemption certificate. Please be aware that stewards may ask supporters to open the bag for a quick inspection upon arrival.
Quiet Room
There are two quiet rooms located within Hill Dickinson Stadium. These will provide a safe, calm and controlled space that children and adults can retreat to when they feel overwhelmed and overloaded by the sensory stimuli from the immediate environment. Please speak to the nearest accessibility steward who will assist you to the nearest facility if required
Audio Descriptive Commentary (ADC)
To support home and visiting supporters who might be blind or partially sighted, or require audio assistance to follow the game, the Club offers an enhanced Audio Descriptive Commentary (ADC) providing play-by-play commentary of all the action at Hill Dickinson Stadium.
If you require ADC, please notify the Accessibility team by emailing accessibility@evertonfc.com, providing them with your name and seat details ahead of your visit.
A receiver will be left with Accessibility Stewards in the away stand before kick-off. Please be aware that supporters will need to provide their own headphone/earphones. The receiver takes a standard 3.5mm jack.
At the end of the match, supporters are required to hand the receiver device to their nearest steward. Please note, if you have not pre-ordered your ADC receiver, we cannot guarantee availability on the day.
Sensory Packs
Our sensory packs are designed to offer comfort and enhance the matchday experience for fans with neurodiverse needs such as Autism, Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, Dyspraxia, ADHD and Sensory processing disorder.
Included in the pack, supporters will find:
- Ear defenders
- Fidget pad
- Pop Fidget pad
- Puffer stress ball
- Spikey light-up baton
Sensory packs and ear defenders are available on a first-come, first-served basis and can be booked ahead of each fixture by emailing Accessibility Lead Chris Massam at christopher.massam@evertonfc.com. These will be left with the accessibility stewards in the away end
Accessible Toilets
The away section has 2 accessible toilets, these are radar key operated, speak to the nearest accessibility steward if you require a radar key. All male and female toilet blocks have an enlarged cubicle for ambulant disabled supporters. There are changing facilities across the stadium, spread across male and female WCs
Changing Places Toilets
There are 3 changing places at Hill Dickinson Stadium. The two nearest facilities are located Level 0 North East Corner near to block 017 and Level 2 North Stand, close to block 238. Supporters needing these facilities should contact the nearest accessibility steward, who will assist them to the nearest Changing Places toilet.
In‑Seat service
We will be offering an in-seat catering service for all wheelchair bays across Hill Dickinson Stadium.
Supporters will be issued with an order form on arrival
10 minutes after kick-off a member of staff will take the order form and payment for goods ordered.
25 minutes before half-time, your order will be delivered to you.
BSL
For all matches at Hill Dickinson Stadium, live links from our in-house presenters broadcast inside the stadium bowl will have full BSL integration on the screens.
Wheelchair Loan
Everton Football Club offers a complimentary wheelchair loan service. These wheelchairs are intended for use only in the area between the Regent Road wall and the users’ designated entrances at Hill Dickinson Stadium. They are to be used for this short journey only and are not suitable for use in any other areas, either within the stadium and its surrounding facilities or outside of them. Loaned wheelchairs are not to be taken to the users’ seats. These can be found on the stadium plaza and Please note, this service cannot be pre-booked and it is not a pushing service. Users who require assistance with pushing the wheelchair must ensure that a member of their party is able to assist.
Dementia Wristband
To ensure the safety and comfort of supporters with dementia, Hill Dickinson Stadium offers a wristband system. Available at the Accessible Ticket Office, our wristbands help to reunite supporters with their Personal Assistant (PA) or companion should they become lost or disoriented during their visit. This system is designed to promote independence, while ensuring quick and sensitive assistance if required. The PA or companion should write their contact number and seat details clearly on the wristband. If the supporter becomes separated or requires assistance, a steward can use the information on the wristband to contact the PA or companion promptly. The Accessible Ticket Office will serve as the designated refuge point. If required, a steward will, accompany the supporter to this location, where they can safely await their PA or companion.
Low Level Kiosk
All food and drink kiosks inside Everton Stadium are fitted with low-level counters.
Wheelchair / Mobility Aid Storage
Supporters will be able to store personal mobility aids during the match. On arrival at to your designated entrance to the stadium supporters should speak to their nearest steward, who will be able to advise on the most suitable location for storage.
Assistance Dog
Guide dogs and assistance dogs are more than welcome at Hill Dickinson Stadium, please let us know when buying a ticket and we will ensure suitable seating for your visit, subject to availability. Our accessibility stewards will be more than happy to assist you should you need it. We provide designated areas on the Fan Plaza for dog spending areas.
