West Ham United is proud to continue enhancing the matchday experience at London Stadium by introducing British Sign Language (BSL) interpretation for the 2025/26 season.
As part of the Club’s ongoing commitment to accessibility and inclusion, a dedicated BSL interpreter will now be present at matches at the London Stadium to translate the pre-match and half-time shows. Whenever our matchday host is on screen, an interpreter will also be shown live on the stadium’s big screens to ensure that all fans can enjoy and engage with our interviews, announcements and competitions.
These ongoing improvements are shaped through regular dialogue with the West Ham United Disabled Supporters Association (WHUDSA), ensuring that the voices of supporters with disabilities or accessibility requirements are heard and acted upon.
“Securing BSL access at the games marks a significant step forward in providing equal accessibility for our deaf supporters,” said WHUDSA board member Keighley Miles.
“We look forward to continuing our collaboration with everyone at West Ham United to ensure we offer the best possible support for all disabled fans attending matches.”
