Lost Property

If you have lost or found an item, please visit one of the Supporter Services kiosks located at Blocks 110, 154, 141, 132, or 125. After the match, any unclaimed items will be held at the stadium’s main reception and recorded.

If you are missing an item after the match, please email supporterservices@westhamunited.co.uk, and the team will do their best to reunite you with your belongings.
