What happens if I can't use the online system or take a photo?

We understand that not all supporters are comfortable with digital technology, however this this verification process is used a across many different industries and is designed to be simple and secure.

We encourage all supporters to attempt the verification digitally in the first instance. If you’re unable to complete it within 7 days, please contact the Ticket Office via email or phone. We are committed to ensuring that no supporter is left behind, and alternative options will be made available where necessary.
