Your 7-day window to complete verification begins as soon as you receive the email from the Club containing your personal verification link. All emails from the Club will be sent from an address ending with @westhamunited.co.uk.
We strongly encourage supporters to complete verification within the 7-day window to avoid any delays to your Season Ticket. However, if unforeseen circumstances arise (illness, holidays, etc.), please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests for an extension.
