What will happen to my current accounts for ticketing and Online Store?

The West Ham Account creates one central account for your ticketing and Online Store accounts, your purchase history and Club Cash will be linked to your West Ham Account. To ensure this can be linked, please enter the email address associated with your ticketing account when creating your West Ham Account. If you don’t think your account has been linked, please contact our Ticket Office on 0333 030 1966 or send an email to supporterservices@westhamunited.co.uk
