In order to successfully link your ticketing account to your West Ham Account, you'll need to use the email address associated with your ticketing account to create your new account. Should you need this updated, please contact the Supporter Services team here with your Client Reference Number and correct email address.
Once you have created your West Ham Account, you can update your details within the Profile section. You can update your name, email address, contact number, address and communication preferences, with your details automatically updating across your linked accounts.
