Yes, everyone needs a new West Ham account to be able to login into all our websites.
If you have a Client Reference Number for your Bond Seat, and a separate Client Reference Number for your Season Ticket Seat, we would advise setting up two accounts under two separate email addresses, but linking the two through the 'Manage Tickets' function.
The email address you use must match the email address on your ticketing account. If you need to update this before setting up your West Ham Account, please call our Ticket Office on 0333 030 1966.
