Yes, everyone needs to create a new West Ham account to be able to sign in to our websites. The West Ham Account was launched last January, and you must create one in order to access your ticketing account.
To ensure we have the correct ticketing information for you please have your Client Reference Number to hand when setting up your West Ham Account and remember to add it to your ‘Link Accounts’ area of your Profile. It's important you use the email address associated with your ticketing account when creating your West Ham Account to ensure we can identify the correct ticketing information.
If you use the same email address for multiple accounts currently, you will need to let us know a unique email address per account so we can ensure you can link each ticketing account with a West Ham Account. Once each West Ham Account has been created, you can request to manage all accounts from one place.
