During the Match:
- Immediate Assistance: If you lose an item, speak to the nearest SLO or steward. They will search for the item to reunite you on the day if possible.
- Incident Report: If the item cannot be found immediately, the SLO or steward will take an incident report and pass it to the Supporter Services team after the match.
- Identification: SLOs are identifiable by their bright blue West Ham United uniform.
- Information Points: SLOs are located inside London Stadium and at five information points opposite turnstiles G, H, J, and D (visiting supporters’ section).
After the Match:
- Contact Supporter Services: If you realise you have lost an item after leaving the stadium, use the 'submit an enquiry' button on the website to contact the Supporter Services team.
- Provide Details: Include a description of the item and the approximate location where it was lost.
- If you notice you have lost an item you can locate our SLOs outside Turnstile D and Bridge 4 where they will take all the necessary details and then pass them on to Supporter Services.
