Request Process
- Contact the Supporter Services team at least 48 hours before the game.
- Email: supporterservices@westhamunited.co.uk
- Provide:
- A photo of the flag design.
- Size/dimensions of the flag.
- Confirmation of the fire safety certificate.
Flag Criteria
Manufacturing and Safety:
- The flag/banner must be manufactured to British Standards.
- Certified as fire retardant.
Size Restrictions:
- No larger than 2 meters by 2 meters.
- Discretion may be shown if there is space inside the stadium, and the flag is stored seasonally by the Supporter Services team.
Placement:
- The banner must be displayed in a suitable location.
- It should not obstruct branding, LED panels, or seats in use.
Content:
- The content should not be derogatory or inflammatory.
- No defamatory, political, or offensive slogans are permitted.
Flag Poles:
- Flag poles are not permitted inside the stadium regardless of size or length.
Non-Compliance
- Flags not meeting the guidelines or without prior permission will be denied entry or removed from the stadium.
