West Ham United Football Club is dedicated to promoting access, equity, and inclusion, ensuring a welcoming experience for all visitors to London Stadium. Here are the key accessibility features and services provided:

Visiting Supporters Car Park

  • 6 bays will be included for visiting supporters in car park 1A.
  • If you are a visiting supporter and wish to book accessible parking, contact your club's Disability Access Officer or email accessibility@westhamunited.co.uk for further advice. All spaces are subject to availability.

Accessible Toilets

  • All accessible toilets are gender neutral and equipped with RADAR locks.
  • Located on all levels near the accessible viewing areas.

Support Services

  • Disabled Supporter Assistants (DSAs): 45 on matchdays, trained in disability awareness and some in British Sign Language.
  • Supporter Liaison Officers (SLOs): 50 on matchdays, available to assist with any supporter needs.

Additional Information

  • Stadium Access: Lift access available to the island on Bridge 4, with SLOs and stewards present to assist supporters.
