Visiting Supporters Facilities
Visiting Supporters Car Parking:
- 55 accessible parking spaces available, including 6 bays for visiting supporters.
- Enquiries for accessible parking can be made by contacting accessibility@westhamunited.co.uk.
Accessible Viewing Areas:
- 24 wheelchair accessible viewing spaces at an elevated level for Premier League matches.
- Easy Access and Amenity seats (EAA) available in general admission seating areas.
Accessible Toilets:
- All accessible toilets are gender neutral and equipped with RADAR locks.
- Located on all levels near accessible viewing areas.
- Support available from Supporter Liaison Officers, Disabled Supporter Assistants, or Steward Supervisors.
Access to Main Ticket Office:
- Located south of the stadium, opposite turnstile E, alongside the Stadium Store.
- 20 external windows, with level access and hearing induction loops.
- Four low-level counters available.
- Electronic calling system and friendly queue management team during peak periods.
Support Services
- Disabled Supporter Assistants (DSAs): 35 on matchdays, trained in disability awareness and some in British Sign Language.
- Supporter Liaison Officers (SLOs): 50 on matchdays, available to assist with any supporter needs.
