Greeting and Assistance
- West Ham United Supporter Liaison Officers (SLOs) and stewards will greet fans upon arrival.
- SLOs will assist with any questions.
Security Measures
- Bag searches will occur on all bridges leading to the stadium. You may be asked to open your bag for searching.
- Each bridge will have a dedicated lane for accessibility supporters.
Ticketing and ID
- Duplicate ticket requests must be emailed by the visiting Club. Only government-recognized ID will be accepted.
- You may be asked to show photo ID to verify ticket collections or duplicates. Without photo ID, assistance with collections or duplicates may not be possible.
Arrival Time
- Fans are encouraged to arrive early to avoid missing kick-off.
- Club London hospitality Entrance B opens 2 hours and 30 minutes before kick-off.
- General admission turnstiles open 1 hour and 30 minutes before kick-off.
Entry Procedure
- At turnstile D, scan your ticket on an electronic device or as a paper ticket. Align the barcode with the scanner to enter.
Support and Assistance
- Stewards and Ticket Office staff will assist with any access requirements.
- SLOs are positioned at train stations, bridges, and on the Stadium Island for assistance and directions.
- SLO information points are located outside the stadium opposite turnstiles G, H, and D (Visiting Supporters’ turnstile).
Ensure you follow the stewards' advice for a safe and enjoyable matchday experience.
