Roles and Responsibilities:
- Positioned inside and outside the stadium to assist supporters before and after matches.
- Identified by their distinctive bright blue West Ham United uniforms.
- Available at information points opposite turnstiles G, H, J, and D (visiting supporters’ section).
Expertise:
- Experienced in football stadium operations, crowd safety, ticketing, and supporter relations.
- Knowledgeable about local area and visiting supporter needs.
Feedback and Assistance:
- Encourage supporters to provide feedback to improve facilities and services.
- Support available for queries or concerns regarding matchday experience.
