- Login to your West Ham Account and select the person icon in the top right hand corner.
2. This will bring up the side panel below. Select ‘manage tickets’ in order to see each ticket within your network.
- At the bottom of the list, select the forward to friend option.
4. You will then be given the option to forward to someone within your network or search for a supporter using their client reference and surname. Please note that the supporter will need to have an account first before forwarding a ticket.
- Once the supporter has been selected, you will see the following screen. You will have the option to confirm and forward additional tickets or review your order to add this ticket only to your basket in preparation for Ticket Forwarding.
- Once the ticket has been processed through your basket, the supporter receiving the ticket will receive the below email. The supporter must login to their account to accept the ticket in order to complete the transfer.
