How will I receive my ticket for Premier League fixtures?

I am a Season Ticket Holder 

Digital Season Tickets are sent out once to Season Ticket Holders. The pass should not be deleted from your mobile device.

Once downloaded onto your mobile device, your Season Ticket will automatically update with details of the next fixture, seven days before kick-off. 

Even if you cannot see the details of the next Premier League fixture, there is no need to be concerned. So long as you have not sold your ticket on the Ticket Exchange or gifted it via Ticket Forwarding, your ticket will still have been loaded to your pass and it will still work at the turnstiles.

Supporters can print their match ticket off at home through their e-ticketing account, if you do not have access to a printer please call the Ticket Office on 0333 030 1966.

I purchased tickets as a Claret Member 

If you purchased a ticket for an individual match as a Claret Member, you’ll be emailed your NFC ticket seven days prior to kick-off, or within 24 hours of purchase if you did so within seven days of kick-off.

This will be an individual ticket for the game and won’t be loaded onto any year-long Membership pass.

I purchased during General Sale 

If you purchased a ticket for an individual match, you’ll be emailed your NFC ticket seven days prior to kick-off, or within 24 hours of purchase if you did so within seven days of kick-off.

Supporters can print their match ticket off at home through the email they have received, if you do not have access to a printer please call the Ticket Office on 0333 030 1966.

I received my ticket on Ticket Forwarding  

All tickets which have been accepted via Ticket Forwarding will be sent as digital tickets.

If you do not have a compatible mobile device to which to download your digital ticket to, then please contact us to request an alternative option.

The Ticket Forwarding option will be made available on a Monday before the match, however this may not be possible on Bank Holidays or if there are multiple matches during the week. Please ensure that your communication preferences are updated to receive the aforementioned emails. This can be done via account > update communication preferences > email > ticket information.

I bought my ticket on Ticket Exchange
