We understand that some accessibility supporters may not always attend with the same person each week. Should a supporter have a different personal assistant attending with them they may wish to ensure they each have access to one email address for the purpose of receiving digital tickets and any important information. If this is not possible, they can make use of the ticket forwarding service to ensure the right person is in possession of the ticket on a match-by-match basis.
Alternatively, we would recommend supporters contact the accessibility team who will be happy to discuss their personal requirements and assist with an inclusive solution via accessibility@westhamunited.co.uk or 0333 030 0174. Lines are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
